4. Account Registration

• Submitting fraudulent or falsified receipts may result in account termination
• We reserve the right to verify receipt authenticity

6.3 Business Responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for:

• Honoring all offers they create and publish
• Providing accurate information about their places and offers
• Complying with all applicable consumer protection and advertising laws
• Resolving disputes directly with members regarding offer redemptions

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, images, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the Service.

8. Membership and Payments

• Resolving any disputes with members regarding their offers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of offers provided by businesses, or for the accuracy of business information.
